Double Occupancy pricing:
Interior Cabin: $2195 pp based on double occupancy
Ocean View Cabin: $2495 pp based on double occupancy
Balcony Ocean View: $2895 pp based on double occupancy
Jr. Suite Ocean View: $3815 pp based on double occupancy
Kids 9-12 who train are $450 less
Kids 8 and under who train are $750 less (includes kids camp)
Guests who don't train are $750 less
Taxes, fees and gratuities charged by the cruise not included ($250.74 per person)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Monthly payment plans available:
For monthly payments, after you have paid your initial deposit of $500 pp, ($1000 for a single), the remaining room cost balance due will be equally divided by the number of months between the booking date and April 15, 2024. These payments will be due on the 1st of each month with the final payment being due no later than March 15, 2024.
Note: Deposits are retroactive, so a booking made on or after October 15, 2024 will be required to pay the initial deposit and the second deposit combined, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the unique nature of this event, all registrations will be subject to the following cancellation policy: (** If for any Covid related reason the trip is canceled or Country restrictions prevent you from traveling, you will receive a full refund.)
Dates Cancellation Fee
Until February 15, 2024 Initial Deposit
Feb 16 – March 15, 2024 50% cancellation fee
March 16 - April 30, 2024 75% cancellation fee (no refund)
On or after May 1, 2024 - 100% cancellation fee, no refunds including now shows at the event/cruise
Any adjustment to the above policy is at the sole discretion of Grappler's Escape organizers. No refunds will be made for no-shows or in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after commencement of the cruise.
